I’ve been working in the OCD space for over 15 years. As part of my clinical psychology training, I was lucky to learn from some of the best OCD researchers and clinicians. These experts introduced me to clinical work grounded in strong theoretical foundations, and I got to see positive impact that the right treatment can have on people’s lives.

In continuing my learning and growing with the OCD community, I often hear how long it can take to find helpful information, or a therapist who not only understands their experience but can offer practical steps for moving through it. Many people describe feeling overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information out there and unsure where to begin. Most don’t know where to start, or simply need a gentle nudge toward reliable, evidence-based resources. Some were frustrated at having to educate others, particularly wanting their professionals to have a deeper level understanding.

To do my small bit to help with the above, I started creating information sheets that answered the common questions for my own clients, and their families, and later for other clinicians wanting to build their OCD treatment skills. As requests for resources increased, I realised it would be far more helpful to create an online platform where anyone could access clear, trustworthy information in one place... that’s what OCD Online is all about.

This site brings together trusted information, and practical resources for people living with OCD and for those who care about them. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, supporting a loved one, or a clinician wanting to deepen your knowledge, I hope you find something here that points you in a helpful direction.

Everything here is shaped by what I’ve learned from my clients and from the collective wisdom of OCD researchers and clinicians who came before me. I’m deeply grateful for their courage and insight, which continue to inform and refine my practice.

P.S. I'm always learning more in this space. If you come across a resource you think should be included, feel free to send it through—I'd be happy to take a look.

PPS. This is not a completely altruistic site - I promote my own programs on here too :D
